April 26, 2018 – Goldenhill International M&A Advisors today announced that it acted as M&A advisor to Beijing Career International (“CI”), a China-based recruitment solutions provider, in its planned acquisition of a majority stake of UK recruitment firm Investigo for approximately £22 million.
Investigo offers interim and permanent recruitment solutions to a diverse range of blue chip companies and SMEs across the UK, Europe and the U.S.
CI offers executive search services; RPO services; flexible staffing services, including short-term to long-term dispatcher hires, and project and staffing outsourcing services; recruitment consulting services; and talent assessment consultancy services. The company mainly operates its businesses in the Mainland of China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Malaysia and other Asian regions.
