July 8, 2019 – Goldenhill International M&A Advisors today announced that it acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Digiterre in the sale of its products subsidiary, Communica, to Dynamo Software.

 

Communica has been a significant force in the alternative investments sector since 2005, providing CRM, investor servicing and compliance software for some of the largest and high-profile hedge funds, private equity firms, prime brokers and fund administrators worldwide. Today, Communica has clients in Europe, North America and Asia.

 

Communica Founder and CEO, Ian Murrin built the Communica business to address the communication, capital raising and compliance needs of the hedge fund sector.  Today, Communica services clients managing nearly $1.5 Trillion in AUM and AUA.
