Our client, Empresaria Group plc, the AIM-listed global staffing specialist, has expanded its international footprint by acquiring a 60% stake in the specialist staffing companies, MediradiX Oy (Finland) and MediradiX Ou (Estonia), which provide doctors, dentists and nurses for hospitals and health centres on a temporary basis. This investment signifies Empresaria’s initial entry into both Finland and Estonia with the result that the company now operates in 22 countries worldwide. MediradiX was established in 2003 and is headed by Managing Director, Ralf Hjorth.
