Rohan has been working with global companies to develop and enhance their climate products, with a particular focus on asset management and financial services. He is the former CEO of XDI: The Cross Dependency Initiative, which provides infrastructure risk assurance services based on climate change science, infrastructure engineering, and advanced statistical methods. Rohan began his career as a firefighter. After nearly 15 years in government, his last role was as Director of the Climate Adaptation Program for South Australia, where he designed and led the implementation of the state’s multi-award-winning climate change adaptation program. This program transformed how communities and industries collaborate to adapt to climate change. Rohan has advised various state and national governments on their climate adaptation programs in Australia, Canada, the USA, and the UK. In 2017, he co-founded XDI with a vision of mainstreaming climate information into infrastructure and financial decision-making.
