Goldenhill Technology Advisors today announced that it acted as M&A advisor to Anacomp, Inc., (“Anacomp”) in the sale of Anacomp Italia Srl (Anacomp’s Italian subsidiary) to IDM – Integra Documenti Management Srl. (“IDM”).
