Goldenhill International M&A Advisors today announced that it acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Erlang Solutions Ltd. (“Erlang”), a UK technology company, in the sale of its Latin American business, Inaka, to Epidata Consulting (“Epidata”).

Epidata, the Latin American provider of high performance software development solutions with offices in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and the U.S., acquired the majority of the assets of Inaka, a developer of mobile and web applications with offices in Buenos Aires and clients throughout the U.S.
