On Assignment has acquired our client, Sharpstream, a privately-owned provider of search services for executive to middle managers in the life sciences sector globally. The consideration for the transaction is $5m in cash plus a two year earn-out provision. Sharpstream is headquartered in London with branch offices in Philadelphia and Shanghai. Sharpstream CEO, Martin Reynolds, and Director of Sales Administration, Keith Brown, will remain with On Assignment and lead operations of its retained search business for life sciences. On Assignment is a leading global provider of highly skilled, hard-to-find professionals in the growing life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors. The corporate headquarters are located in California, with a network of approximately 75 branch offices globally.
