Phil has over thirty years of experience in the Financial Technology sector, including roles with UBS in the City of London and with international clearing house Clearstream in Luxembourg. He later founded the B2 Group, a software company specialising in financial messaging for investment funds, FX, and payments, which was ultimately acquired by Gresham Technologies. Over the past two decades, he has built a strong track record in building FinTech companies and has been involved in several successful sales, acquisitions, and inward investment projects, raising capital for sustainable FinTech growth.

During his career, Phil has developed a deep network within the international banking and FinTech communities. In addition to assisting FinTechs with M&A activities, he also applies his considerable experience and expertise when advising companies on software platform and vendor selections.
