Simon has over 25 years experience in the financial technology (“Fintech”) sector working both in senior executive roles and as a consultant. His wide-ranging management and advisory experience has been gained with vendors supplying application software and services to both the “buy” and “sell” sides of international capital markets, as well as working directly with those organisations. He has held management roles with a number of leading organisations in the sector (including: the London Stock Exchange, ACT Financial Systems and Primark Investment Management Services) and has worked on major market infrastructure projects (e.g. BOAT and Turquoise).

Simon has a very wide knowledge of the vendor community and has been involved with a number of successful business acquisitions and disposals. He has extensive business development experience and with establishing joint ventures and distribution arrangements between complementary organisations.
