Goldenhill International M&A Advisors announced that it acted as M&A advisor to the UAE recruitment firm TAAHEED in an agreement to be acquired by UK-based Ochre House.

Founded in 2009, TAAHEED works with locally owned and international companies across the Gulf and northern Africa, providing both project-based recruitment and full recruitment outsourcing. The TAAHEED team has more than doubled in the past year, while revenues have grown by almost 200% in the same period.
