Goldenhill International M&A Advisors today announced that it acted as M&A advisor to Integrity360, the largest indigenous cyber security consultancy in Ireland and among the fastest growing in the UK, in its acquisition of Metadigm, specialists in the consultancy, design and management of cyber security solutions.

Expanding the firms’ presence in the UK, Integrity360 will add Metadigm’s expertise to its existing cyber security team while increasing the portfolio of managed security services currently provided by the company in the UK.

Integrity360 plans to significantly increase its penetration of the UK market, driven by a twin strategy of both organic growth and acquisitions.
