Goldenhill advises Atlas Germany in its acquisition by InternetQ plc

Goldenhill International M&A Advisors today announced that it acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Atlas Interactive Deutschland GmbH (“Atlas Germany”), in its sale to InternetQ plc (“InternetQ”). Atlas Germany is a leader in access, billing and digital content distribution, providing services in more than 80 countries and connecting with more than 300 Mobile Network Operators (“MNOs”) worldwide.

The acquisition of Atlas Germany provides InternetQ with an excellent opportunity to consolidate its leading market position in Europe including enhancing its geographic footprint in both Central and Western Europe. Atlas Germany has over 30 direct commercial agreements with MNOs which will allow InternetQ to sell across its existing platform of products, which includes Akazoo and MiniMob.
