Acquiring Business

Goldenhill International M&A Advisors today announced that it acted as M&A advisor to Brady plc (“Brady”) in its acquisition of the assets of the ScrapRunner recycling software business from privately owned Enaptive, Inc. The ScrapRunner business is based in the U.S. with customers throughout North America and Europe.

The ScrapRunner dispatch solution manages the complex scheduling of scrap metal container pick-up and delivery, it tracks the location of containers as well as tracks and reports on the activity and location of trucks using Global Position System (GPS) technology. Brady’s expertise in recycling and scrap solutions combined with ScrapRunner’s strength in dispatch solutions creates an excellent platform to drive further revenue growth.

Commenting on the contribution of Goldenhill to the just completed transaction, Gavin Lavelle, CEO of Brady said:

“We have worked closely since 2008 with Goldenhill to assist us in all aspects of the M&A process including this transaction announced today which is in addition to our work with Goldenhill to acquire U.S.-based SAI, now Brady Recycling, in 2012. Their knowledge of the FinTech sector, presence on both sides of the Atlantic and experience in working closely with us in the M&A process is of real value to us. Goldenhill has demonstrated continued commitment and flexibility in working with us and we look forward to continuing our working relationship with them.”
