Multifonds has acquired Nadi Solutions, a Luxembourg-based technology business that helps fund managers automate their reporting — from regulatory filings to investor communications — across multiple languages and jurisdictions.

Nadi’s SaaS platform uses AI to take the heavy lifting out of fund reporting, helping clients stay compliant and communicate clearly no matter how complex their product range or how many markets they operate in. The acquisition gives Multifonds a ready-built, AI-native reporting capability that slots directly into its existing platform.

Nadi was previously part of BRD Group which is a fintech technology group focused on delivering innovative software and services to the global funds industry. In addition to Nadi, the group includes daappa, a provider of fund accounting, investor servicing and operational technology solutions, and Streets, a specialist provider of Real Estate Solutions. Together, the group supports asset managers, fund administrators and financial institutions across multiple jurisdictions.
