Goetz Fried AG, a subsidiary of Munich-based IT staffing and software firm Allgeier (AEI: GR), acquired a majority stake in our client, the IT recruitment firm Search Consult GmbH, headquartered in Dusseldorf and with a branch location in Munich. Search Consult specializes in recruiting for senior-level IT and telecommunications positions. The two founders of Search Consult will oversee the combined permanent recruitment division of the two firms.
